Description
Departure to New Delhi by Batik Air: OD 207 – 0955/ 1300 hrs. After clearing Immigration & Customs – proceed to domestic terminal T2 to board your Indigo flight to Varanasi: 6E 2235 – 1910 / 2025 hrs. You will be met on arrival at Varanasi Airport. Transfer to hotel. Dinner. Overnight in Varanasi.
Early morning proceed to the bathing ghats to perform prayers. A priest will be arranged for those interested in performing religious ceremony for the departed loved ones – you will pay the priest
Rs 3,000.00 for his services. Enjoy a peaceful boat ride on the Ganga. After prayers, return to your hotel to freshen up. Have breakfast. Proceed on a full day for temple visits – main temples include: Kashi Viswanath, Kashi Visalachi, Annapoorni temple, Sankat Mochan temple, Trilanga Swami temple. Witness Ganga Aarti from the banks of the Ganga. Overnight in Varanasi.
Early morning proceed to the Viswanath temple to witness the Mangala Aarti. Continue with temple visit. Includes Kala Bairava temple. Long boat ride on the Ganga. Some time for shopping given in Varanasi. Overnight in Varanasi.
Morning after breakfast check-out and proceed to Prayagraj (Allahabad) to the Triveni Sangam – the confluence of the 3 holy rivers: Ganga, Yamuna & Saraswathi. You may have a dip here – the waters are at knee depth only. After bath, visit the Hanuman temple. Drive on to Ayodhya. Check into hotel. Overnight in Ayodhya.
Morning proceed to visit the new Ram Mandir. You will have to queue and follow the prevailing guidelines to visit the temple. After temple visits, sightseeing to surrounding areas. Visit the Saryu River to witness Aarti. Overnight in Ayodhya.
Breakfast at hotel. Late morning transfer to Ayodhya Airport to board your Air India Express flight to New Delhi. IX 1596 – 1155/ 1320 hrs. Waiting time of approximate 3 hours to check-in for Batik Air flight to Kuala Lumpur: OD 208 – 2025 hrs / 0430 hrs.
