Board flight to New Delhi. You will be met on arrival at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi.  Proceed to hotel for check-in. Overnight in New Delhi.

Overnight in New Delhi.

After breakfast, drive to Chandigarh. Upon arrival, check into hotel. Later, visit Rock Garden, Sukhana Lake and drive past impressive government buildings of this well-planned Indian city. Overnight.

 Dinner and overnight in Chandigarh.

After breakfast, drive to Shimla – known as the ‘Queen of Hills’. Shimla is a picturesque hill town nestled at an altitude of 2205 meters in the enchanting state of Himachal Pradesh. Check-in at your hotel. Later, visit the Ridge, the famous scandal Point, Church and visit The Mall which is the nerve centre of Shimla. To visit The Mall, you will have to go by Lift (lift charges on your own), take a stroll. The shops along and around are worth exploring. Open spaces and plenty of enchanting walks present excellent views of the mountain ranges. Overnight.

 Overnight in Shimla

After breakfast, drive to Manali through beautiful mountain roads with fantastic scenery, drive past the Kullu Valley to get to Manali, popularly called as the Valley of the Gods because of its mind-blowing scenery. Check-into hotel for overnight stay. In the evening, if time permits, you may take a good walk around your hotel or Mall Road.

This morning after breakfast, proceed to visit Solang Valley: A gorgeous dale, nestling between Beas Kund & Solang village, which presents picturesque scenery of snow-clad mountains and glaciers (during winters), popularly called Snow Point, it’s a perfect place for skiing usually between Dec and Feb months.  It’s also a spot for adventure activities like horse riding, paragliding, skiing etc. which are based on the period of visit and local conditions during your visit. The valley holds a shrine of Lord Shiva on top of a hill.

Overnight in Manali

Today, visit Dhoongri Temple, dedicated to the goddess Hadimba. Nearby are the hot-sulphur springs at Vashisht perched on a steep hillside below the temple. In the afternoon/evening you are free to take a stroll on the Mall Road, where you can pick-up famous Kullu Shawls and colorful caps.  Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, proceed by road towards Amritsar. Check-into hotel. Overnight.

In the morning, visit Harminder Saheb (Abode of God), popularly known as the Golden Temple. After this, proceed to visit Jallianwala Bagh, Partition Museum and Durgiana Temple. In the afternoon, drive for 1 hour to Wagah Border to witness the Changing of Guards and Lowering of the Flags Ceremony held before sundown. The Flag Ceremony, better known as the “Retreat”, is the only post where a special parade is organized to lower the flags of both India and Pakistan simultaneously. For the people of both countries, it is a major event, and hundreds from both sides of the border come to witness it.

After breakfast, drive to Delhi. Upon arrival, check-in to hotel. Overnight.

Overnight in Delhi

Breakfast. Today is free for shopping. Check-out time is at 12 noon. You will be dropped at the airport in time for your flight to Kuala Lumpur.
