Description

Your journey begins with a flight to Delhi — the vibrant gateway to India. Upon arrival, receive a warm welcome and check in to your hotel. Unwind and rest in comfort as you prepare for the adventure ahead.

Board a domestic flight over the majestic Himalayas into Ladakh — a surreal land of monasteries, rugged mountains, and moon-like landscapes. On arrival in Leh (11,500 ft), meet your local representative and transfer to your hotel. Spend the day resting and acclimatizing to the high altitude. Take it easy… the mountains are whispering their welcome.

Dive into the spirit of Ladakh. Visit the Hall of Fame, built by the Indian Army to honour the bravery and sacrifices of soldiers during the Indo-Pak wars.

Explore Mahakal Temple and Spituk Gompa, a monastery dating back to the 11th century.

Pay respects at Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, nestled deep in the Himalayas — built in 1517 by the Lamas of Leh to commemorate the visit of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the founder of Sikhism.

Be amazed by Magnetic Hill, where vehicles appear to defy gravity. Then, marvel at the stunning confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers, a breathtaking sight where earth, sky, and spirit converge.

Return to Leh with your heart full and your camera even fuller. In the evening, take a leisurely walk around the charming town and explore its local flavours.

After breakfast, begin your journey to Nubra Valley, crossing Khardung La, the highest motorable road in the world (18,380 ft). Feel the thrill of standing atop the world!

En route, stop at the Desert Himalaya Adventure Park, where you can enjoy lunch and optional activities such as the world’s longest high-altitude zipline and ATV rides at the Khalsar sand dunes (activities and lunch on direct payment basis).

Later, visit the towering 108-ft Maitreya Buddha statue at Diskit Monastery and the famous Hunder Sand Dunes, where you can ride double-humped camels (optional, on direct payment).

Check in to your camp or resort for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, embark on a scenic 4-hour drive through the Shyok River Valley to reach the iconic Pangong Lake — a shimmering sapphire at 14,500 ft. Witness the lake’s magical color changes under the shifting sky and visit the location made famous by the movie “3 Idiots.” Explore local cuisine at one of the lakeside eateries. Spend the night in a lakeside camp under a starlit sky — an unforgettable experience.

Wake up to a sunrise you’ll carry in your heart forever. After breakfast, return to Leh via the dramatic Changla Pass (17,000 ft). En route, visit Thiksey Monastery, one of Ladakh’s largest and most architecturally impressive gompas, home to exquisite statues, stupas, and murals of Buddha.

Continue to Shey Palace, perched on a hilltop just 15 km from Leh — once the summer residence of Ladakhi royalty. It houses a remarkable 7.5-metre-high copper and gold-plated statue of Buddha, the largest of its kind in Ladakh.

Make brief stops at Druk Pema Karpo School (popularly known as Rancho’s School from 3 Idiots) and the sacred Sindhu Ghat, where the Sindhu Darshan Festival is celebrated. Upon reaching Leh, relax at the hotel or explore the bustling market for souvenirs. Overnight in Leh.

Bid farewell to the majestic mountains of Ladakh as you board your flight to Delhi. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for leisure— indulge in some shopping, savor North Indian cuisine, or simply relax.

Enjoy your final breakfast in India for this trip. Check out by noon and transfer to the airport -a heart full of memories, soul forever enriched.
